SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Products purchased will be delivered by Gemmopoli to the address indicated by the Customer at the time of order. The customer is required to verify, upon receiot, the conformity of the product, if the packaging is intact, undamaged or wet. Any damages must be immediately reported by the courier who carries out the delivery. Once the courier document has been signed, the Customer can not claims about the apparance of the good.
Shipments will be made by courier (UPS or GLS) or Italian postal service.
The evasion times are approximately 24/48 working hours .
Handling time: within 24/48 hours. Delivery time: about 7/10 days.
(For shipments made on Italian territory, in any case within the terms of art. 54 D. Lgs 206/2005)
For shipments abroad, times are different in relation to distance. No liability can be attributed to Gemmopoli for delay or non-delivery due to courier or Poste Italiane and / or due to force majeure or fortuitous case. We will not refund the delivery charge if the courier has failed t deliver the good,
Shipping and delivery costs are fully at charge of the Customer (if not expressly stated) and amount depend to the weight and on where you are located.
Customer clearance can encrease the delivery time if your package is held by Customer Officials.
Please note, it is responsibility of the Customer, to find out about the import situation in your Country.
Handling: within 24/48 hours only on business days from Tuesday to Friday
P.S. The Showroom is closed on Monday, so orders coming on Sunday or Monday will be delivered the next day.
Once you have placed an order and the parcel will be pick up from the courier, you will receive an email confirmation. On your side you can track the progress of your order
